Made to Order Just for You

All our products are printed and produced on demand.
This means we do not hold pre-made stock. Each piece is crafted specifically for you once your order is placed through trusted third-party manufacturing and fulfillment partners.

Why we do this:

  • No overproduction

  • Less waste

  • Better quality control

  • A product made especially for you, not pulled from a shelf

Because of this process, production time is part of the delivery timeline.

Production & Fulfillment

Once your order is confirmed:

  1. Your item goes into production

  2. It is printed, prepared, and quality-checked

  3. It is then handed over to our shipping partner

Production times may vary slightly depending on raw material availability, but we always do our absolute best to prepare your order as quickly as possible. We know waiting isn’t fun and we genuinely try to minimize it.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • United States: 5–8 business days

  • Canada: 6–8 business days

  • Europe: 6–10 business days

  • Rest of the world: 12–15 business days

Please note these are estimates, not guarantees. External factors such as customs, local couriers, or peak periods may occasionally cause delays.

Tracking

When available, tracking information will be sent to you once your order has been shipped.

Please note that tracking updates depend on the carrier and may take time to appear.

Customs, duties & taxes

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees may apply depending on the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price unless explicitly stated.


Returns & Refunds

Because our products are made on demand, we encourage customers to review product descriptions and sizing information carefully before placing an order.

Return period

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, subject to the conditions outlined below.

Return conditions

Returned items must:

  • be unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • be in their original condition

  • include all original tags and packaging

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

Return shipping costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

FROM IRAN does not provide prepaid return labels and does not cover return shipping fees.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or delayed return shipments.

Non-returnable items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • items showing signs of wear, use, or damage

  • items returned without original tags or packaging

  • sale or discounted items (unless otherwise stated)

  • gift cards (if applicable)

Refunds

Once a returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or incorrect items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.

We will review the claim and provide an appropriate solution.
